SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS 

*To be eligible for return/exchange on apparel only, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. 

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our merchandise, we cannot offer exchanges on any items. Customers are fully responsible for return shipping unless an error has been made on our end.  Once the return has been processed we will replace your return with a Canadian Hunter Co.® E-Gift Card, which will be sent to you via email. Due to the unprecedented delays we are facing with the supply chain management and CBSA, we can no longer accept returns unless an error was made on our end.  

All returns must be unworn and in new condition in order to qualify for the E-Gift Card replacement. 

*All coffee purchases are final sale​​.

SHIPPING

All orders ship from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post. Our free shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of $100 or more prior to taxes and discounts. We reserved the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship packages through.
 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days and an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number via email when your shipping label has been created. Canadian Hunter Co.® Inc. is not responsible for lost items or items that have been shipped to the wrong address, so please make sure to provide the correct information prior to checking out.  Approximate delivery times with Canada Post vary.
